SPECTRUM is a liquid hop flavor product that is produced using unique combination of hop extract technologies, allowing for more of the hop flavor, aroma and other valuable components to be extracted including the polyphenols, bitter acids, thiols, proteins and aroma precursors that are lost in standard extraction processes. The patented technology also ensures all the hop components emulsify and have the ability to fully disperse in hot or cold water, wort, or beer, allowing for greater extraction efficiency and imparting more key hop aroma compounds than pellets and other hop products. The result is a 100% hop liquid product that is 100% soluble and delivers the full SPECTRUM of hop flavor attributes that are as close as possible to a liquid hop pellet.
